Just read the sad news that MTV reality star Diem Brown passed away due to cancer at the young age of 32. She bravely fought Ovarian Cancer three times. Sadly, this time it spread to her stomach, colon, liver, and lymph nodes. I remember when Diem took off her wig after going through chemo, on the MTV Real World/Road Rules Challenge.
